Position: Customer Service Support Staff
Classification: Full-Time
Salary: $12/hr.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday.
  • 2:00pm – 10:30pm
  • 30-minute break

Position Description

All Florida Paper has an entry-level opening in the Customer Service team during evening hours. Functions include clerical processes, as well as call center rotation, and possibly assisting customers in person. Training is provided. Person’s character and willingness to grow within a company is a key factor. It is preferred that the candidate have good employment record (references will be verified), but we are open to accepting students with little experience and good scholastic record (you will be required to product school transcripts).

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

  • Process customers’ orders in our computer system
  • File and Scan invoices
  • Edit and post customer invoices
  • Assist Sales Representatives with inquiries
  • General Office Duties
